Welcome to the Rebalance nutrition & fitness home page.

After many years of working with various 'Diets' I've been constantly reminded of the fact that The 'One fits all approach' just does not work. I have now put together a nutrition & fitness guide.that has proved to work with great results and is amazingly simple in it's approach & in it's origin.

Balance is what our bodies demand to perform to it's best. Whether in the competition of life or in the sports arena.

met_bodymapDo you agree that you don’t always pay much attention to what you eat! Even though you know you should.  Well my aim is to help you do just that. This guide is aimed at creating complete synergy of health, it centres around a metabolic & wellness approach.
The ‘rebalance guide’ is just that, a guide to help you identify foods that are compatible with your metabolism. It is a combination of looking closer at your body’s performance inside & out. Using metabolic type, GI index (glycaemic index) & the FSA (food standards agency) plate of good health, combined with fitness & exercise over an 8 week period.

Supplements

There are times when you just cannot get the nutritional content from food in its natural form. This is when you need to get extra help from supplements. I prefer to obtain these from as natural a source as possible. I have worked closely with damtecsupplements.co.uk for a while now & these have always served me well.
