Many clients have worked with me to achieve their sporting goals; Richard from Carshalton achieved his referees badge, Belinda of Croydon a GB Junior Hammer thrower regained her fitness after long term injury. Kirstie of Cheam, a keen Personal trainer passed her Boxfitness exam. Many others Netballers, Footballers and martial artists have called on me to help them get their goals.

After only 5 sprint training sessions with Chris this outdoor track season, I was able to make substantial improvements in my times for the 100m, the 200m and the 400m. Chris helped me with all aspects of sprinting from training schedules and exercise routines through to strategy and technique in the different phases of each sprint event. As well as being highly productive, the sessions with Chris were also very enjoyable and motivating. I really look forward to training with Chris again next outdoor track season.
